This role is responsible for troubleshooting Shopify storefronts, Dashboard and PIM systems, business application integrations, and employee technology issues while serving as a key resource for technical problem-solving across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to identify root causes, document solutions, and collaborate effectively with both business users and development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for DPG's Shopify storefronts, including orders, products, customer accounts, tags, meta fields, and overall platform functionality.
  • Support DPG's custom-built Dashboard and PIM systems by investigating data, product, workflow, and configuration-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across integrated applications and systems, including Shopify apps, third-party connectors, and internal tools; document findings and escalate to development teams when necessary.
  • Analyze data and workflow interactions between Shopify, Dashboard, PIM, and related platforms to identify root causes and ensure system reliability.
  • Deliver first-level IT support for hardware, software, VPN, connectivity, and business application issues through both ticket-based and live user support.
  • Administer user accounts and access permissions and manage technology onboarding and offboarding activities across business systems.
  • Monitor and triage technology requests, support Monday.com platform administration and troubleshooting, and coordinate with external vendors when required.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation, contribute to the Technology Knowledge Base, track issues and resolutions, and drive continuous improvement through effective root-cause analysis and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience providing technical support, helpdesk support, systems support, or eCommerce platform support in a professional environment required.
  • Equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship will be considered.
