Overview

Sentara Princess Anne Hospital is seeking to hire an Echocardiographer. The position is Full Time, Days, 36 scheduled weekly hours, 8-hour shifts starting at 8am. On-call required.

$32.13 - $53

Education

High School Grad or Equivalent (required)

Graduate of an accredited echocardiography program (or equivalent education) in accordance with IAC Guidelines (required)

Certification/Licensure

• Adult echocardiography registry (RCCS or RCS or RDCS) required within 12 months of hire
• BLS (Required within 90 days)
• ACLS (Required within 90 days)

Experience

Echocardiographer experience (1 year minimum required)

Responsibilities

• Perform Echo and Stress Echo tests
• Transesophageal (TEE) Echocardiogram
• Doppler ultrasound
• Work in Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab, EP and Cath Lab, OR, ICU and work with patients at the bedside
• Complete technologist report in the structured report application
