Echocardiograph Technologist

About the role

Seeking a skilled Echocardiograph Technologist to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations and other cardiac tests for patient evaluation and treatment. This part-time, day shift position involves conducting adult and pediatric cardiac ultrasounds with a focus on delivering high-quality diagnostic services.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations and other related tests.
• Assist physicians with cardiac diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of procedures.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or Cardiovascular Credentialing International certification upon hire.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with adult and pediatric cardiac ultrasound technology.
• Preferred: Post-secondary specialized training in cardiac ultrasound or non-invasive cardiac procedures.
