About the role
Supports EC teachers in the classroom, assists with daily operations, and drives students to and from school.
Responsibilities
- Assist EC teachers with classroom management and instructional support
- Drive students to and from school on assigned days
- Participate in professional development activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
