Job Duties
- Assist membership via telephone by providing loan services and information in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.
- Review online & mobile loan applications and deliver a timely response to the membership.
- Complete a thorough review of loan applications and credit files to detect and prevent loan fraud.
- Evaluate applications and credit criteria to make effective loan/card decisions while adhering to Founders Federal Credit Union’s lending matrix limits and guidelines.
- Ensure all loans are properly secured with necessary collateral and obtain proper insurance coverage.
- Assist with collections of delinquent accounts.
Job Specifications
- A minimum of two years’ financial institution experience or a two-year degree.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, able to meet goals established for the role, and confident in cross-selling to the membership.
