EBP Audit Director | 45hr Busy Seasons | Up to $220K + Bonus

Location: Dallas, TX — Hybrid (3 days in office)

We're partnering with a growing public accounting firm to find an EBP Audit Director for its expanding retirement plan audit practice. With over 250 EBP audits annually, this is a high-impact leadership role offering significant client exposure, team leadership, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities

Requirements

• CPA required
• Strong EBP audit experience
• Public accounting leadership experience
• Tech-savvy and comfortable embracing new technology
