A growing public accounting firm is looking for a seasoned Audit Manager or Director to join its corporate audit team. They are ideally looking for a strong Manager who is ready for the next step, but are open to a Director who wants to remain hands-on and work closely with the team. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate audit engagements
• Oversee audit teams and provide coaching and development
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Provide technical guidance throughout the audit process
• Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and efficiency
• Leverage technology and automation to create better solutions
• Partner with leadership on initiatives as the firm continues to grow

Requirements

• CPA required
• Strong audit experience in public accounting
• Seasoned Manager or Director-level experience
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, automation, and process improvement
• Creative, solutions-oriented, and entrepreneurial
• Someone who is hungry to grow and wants to make an impact
• Director-level candidates must be comfortable remaining hands-on in a management role

Pay

Manager: up to $175K + bonus

Director: up to $220K + bonus
