eBilling Specialist

Be the go-to expert who keeps client eBilling running smoothly from submission to resolution. In this role, you’ll ensure invoices are accurately submitted through eBilling platforms, troubleshoot rejections quickly, and partner with attorneys, assistants, and clients to keep billing data clean, current, and compliant—helping accelerate cash flow and reduce delays. What You’ll Do Submit client invoices through eBilling platforms (Aderant eBilling / Bill Blast) for review, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery.Own eBilling setup and maintenance, partnering with clients, attorneys, and assistants to gather requirements and keep all electronic billing profiles up to date across systems and client portals.Monitor and resolve invoice rejections, identifying root causes, coordinating fixes, and resubmitting/appealing reductions through client eBilling sites as needed.Support AR operations and reporting, including accrual submissions, reviewing daily cash and new client reports for write-offs/eBilling setup needs, and providing backup help to collections/cash/AP. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of AR and/or collections experience (preferred), with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.Electronic billing experience (required); law firm industry experience is strongly preferred.System proficiency with Aderant Bill Blast and/or Electronic Billing Hub (highly preferred); experience with Aderant, Elite 3E, and/or Intapp is a plus.Excellent communication and organization, with strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a proactive, team-first approach. Hourly: $34-$52.50/Hour
