Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver role-based training to corporate Sales and Client Management professionals
  • Reinforce effective sales and client management practices
  • Improve field processes and operational efficiency
  • Enhance broker and customer engagement capabilities
  • Partner with enterprise Learning & Development teams to align training content with organizational standards

Job Specifications

  • Required education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Required experience: 8–12+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, national account management, or distribution leadership
  • Preferred experience: Experience designing and delivering advanced sales capability programs

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel only (such as for planning purposes, team-building, or conferences) may be required.

Salary Range

$88,000.00 - $129,000.00

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
