Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver role-based training to corporate Sales and Client Management professionals
- Reinforce effective sales and client management practices
- Improve field processes and operational efficiency
- Enhance broker and customer engagement capabilities
- Partner with enterprise Learning & Development teams to align training content with organizational standards

Job Specifications
- Required education: Bachelor’s degree
- Required experience: 8–12+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, national account management, or distribution leadership
- Preferred experience: Experience designing and delivering advanced sales capability programs
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel only (such as for planning purposes, team-building, or conferences) may be required.

Salary Range
$88,000.00 - $129,000.00
Eligibility
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
