About the role
This is a remote role, but we are looking for candidates in the EST time zone as they will be servicing clients in that timezone.
Responsibilities
- Open doors with retail insurance agents and uncover new business.
- Engage daily with prospects via phone, email, and outreach.
- Stay sharp on trends and become the trusted expert clients rely on.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to drive smart growth strategies.
- Report on pipeline progress and celebrate your wins.
Requirements
- 2+ years in SDR, AE, or similar roles
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- CRM-savvy (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Hunger to learn, grow, and exceed goals
Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 plus commission
