Earthwork Superintendent

The Earthwork Superintendent oversees site grading and civil construction activities for commercial, industrial, development, wind energy, and road projects. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and skid steers, coordinating with subcontractors, and supervising field crews of 5 to 25 personnel. The role involves interpreting project specifications, ensuring work compliance, monitoring progress, and maintaining communication with project management.
