Earnix Architect / Specialist

Mode of hire: 6-month contract-to-hire (C2H).

Requirements

• 10–15 years of overall experience with pricing or rating platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Earnix architecture for P&C pricing/rating.
• Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform.
• Deep expertise in model onboarding, production change governance, and deployment controls.
• Strong understanding of model lifecycle controls (versioning, approvals, audit traceability).
• Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks (KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts).
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Pricing/Actuarial, Product, Engineering, Data, and Risk.
• Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation.
• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering.
• Must be willing to work 5 days onsite as per customer expectation.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ModelOps/MLOps patterns for model monitoring and governance.
• Experience supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Strong data validation and premium reconciliation experience.
• Experience defining platform operating models and decision cadence.
