Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support a major DoD program as an program analyst overseeing cost, schedule, and performance reporting
- Execute tasks related to cost and schedule integration, baseline reviews, and/or schedule analysis related to complex weapon systems, with minimal supervision or direction
- Work member of a multi-disciplined team and solve complex problems
- Review and summarize new financial management policies and guidance
Minimum Qualifications
- Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems
- Advanced level working knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites is required
- Certified as a PMP; EVP; or similar industry certifications; prior DAWIA Level II Program or Financial Management Certification, or equivalent training
- 4 years' experience in a DoD or Industry program management and integration environment providing strategic level analysis, communications, and staff coordination
- Possesses moderate levels of communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, organizational, teamwork, and presentation skills for complex financial topics
- Capable of working independently to review, process, and formulate programmatic products
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data
