Earned Media Manager - Lakeville, MN

We're partnering with a leading Consumer Packaged Goodes company to find an Earned Media Manager to join their team through January 2027 in a 40 hour a week contract to cover a leave of absence.This is an exciting opporutnit yto work with iconic consumer brands, helping drive visibility, engagement and business impact through a strategic mix of earned, owned and paid channels. This role is HYBRID in the office in Lakeville, MN Tuesday - Thursday and remote on Monday + Friday. What You'll Do: - Own and manage an integrated content calendar across PR, Social Media and web channels - Serve as the day to day lead for PR agency partners, ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met and communications align with busienss objectives - Identify earned media opportunites and extend their impact across owned and paid channels to maximize reach and engagement - Partner closely with social media teams and agency stakeholders to align content with key brand campaigns - Lead integrated reporting efforts across PR, social and website performace, transforming data into actionalabe insights and strategic recomendations What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of experience in integrated communications, PR, social media, brand strategy or a related field - Strong understanding of how earned, owned and paid media channels work together to drive brand awareness and engagement - Excellent communication, collaboration and project managemenet skills iwth the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities - Experience with contnet planning, social media best practices, media relations and performance measurement - Analytical mideset with the ability to translate data inot meaningful busienss insights In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
