Key Responsibilities

• Ensure children's safety and supervise the classroom
• Lead and maintain an enriching learning environment
• Develop and implement daily lesson plans using the High Scope Curriculum
• Track child progress through assessments and documentation
• Communicate regularly with families and support their involvement
• Facilitate parent conferences and home visits
• Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate with team members
• Maintain professionalism and foster positive relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood or related field with ECE credits and certification
• Pennsylvania Teacher Certification preferred
• 1+ year experience with preschool children preferred
