Key Responsibilities
- Support the lead teacher in organizing and maintaining an engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in the development and review of individual classroom plans with the lead teacher and supervisor.
- Aid in implementing classroom strategies to support each child's learning and development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
- 30 college credits, including 12 in early childhood education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification
- Associate’s degree in early childhood education (preferred)
