About the Role

As an Early Intervention Specialist at Soar Autism Center, you will provide one-on-one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment. You will implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team and build relationships with children's families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive one-on-one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6
  • Implement care plans tailored to each child’s learning and growth
  • Build relationships with children’s families
  • Perform routine care tasks such as diaper changes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT certification)
  • Interest in and experience working with children (diverse backgrounds welcome)
  • Preference given to those currently in or holding a degree program
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality is essential
  • Physical ability to: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, and occasionally run short distances to assist a client
