About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify developmental needs of children and families
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain regular contact with families to monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in early childhood development or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain child abuse clearance
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
