Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive one-on-one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment
- Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children
- Build relationships with children's families
Qualifications
- A high school diploma, or equivalent, is required (as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT certification)
- Interest in and experience working with children -- we are open to a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences in working with kids
- Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree
- Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center
- Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
