About the role
Mentor South Bay is expanding to Leominster, MA. We provide Early Intervention, ABA, Behavioral Health, and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Raise a child with a developmental disability with knowledge, love, patience, and support.
- Be part of a team providing in-home early intervention specialized services for infants and toddlers.
- Plan, schedule, and provide weekly early educational in-home services for a caseload of infant/toddler clients with disabilities, including developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders.
- Administer and document all program assessments and updates accurately to meet timelines.
- Create, implement, and adapt activities for language, cognitive, fine and gross motor, sensory, self-help, and social/emotional development for each individual child, using best practices.
- Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting, child development, and weekly activities to parents.
- Monitor, document, and share the child’s progress with the family and team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Intervention, Early Childhood, Special Education, Child Development, or Child Studies.
- Experience with children under 5.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
- A compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do.
Qualifications

$59,000 - $63,000 per year
