Position Overview Provide specialized instruction and developmental support to young learners with disabilities, adapting activities and lessons to meet individual learning and developmental needs. Develop and implement individualized educational goals and instructional strategies based on each child’s strengths, needs, and progress. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction and interventions to support academic, behavioral, social, and developmental growth. Collaborate with families, related service providers, and educational team members to promote consistent support and positive outcomes for each child.
