Early Intervention Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
About the role
Early Intervention Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Services are provided primarily in Calloway, McCracken, and Graves Counties in Kentucky. This role involves evaluating and providing treatment for pediatric patients between the ages of birth and three years with needs in various developmental areas.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with patients' caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) through a Coaching Model.
- Accurately document treatment sessions as well as progress or evaluation reports in detail.
- Maintain professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities and uphold federal/state licensure and ethical expectations.
Requirements
- For KEIS Providers:
- For KEIS Physical Therapist:
- Holds a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and an applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining license).
- For KEIS Occupational Therapist:
- Holds a masters degree in Occupational Therapy and an applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining license).
