About the role

This position is open to provide full coverage for a full-time employee during LOA from May-October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Entering accurate information into EIMS on a timely basis.
• Preparing IFSP outcomes and Form 13 with parental input.
• Submitting monthly paperwork on time.
• Participating in AHS EIP Team Meetings.
• Serving as a resource to AHS Team Members.
• Promoting use of practice standards across discipline specific evidence-based competencies.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist, State of New Jersey.
• Candidates must have a car and valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean driving record.
• Preferred one year of professional experience with individuals from ages birth to five years who have developmental delays and disabilities.
