- Increase billable hours: Up to 30-31 hours per week, adding incremental compensation up to $18,900 per year.
- Expand your caseload: Level 2 and 3 BCBAs can carry up to 8 clients, each adding an additional $6,000 per year.
- Serve as a mentor: Level 2 and Level 3 BCBAs can mentor Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs, adding an additional $6,000 per year.

- Level 1: Base Salary: $85K-$89K | Total Potential Earnings: $104K-$108K
- Level 2: Base Salary: $90K-$95K | Total Potential Earnings: $124K-$129K
- Level 3: Base Salary: $96K-$101K | Total Potential Earnings: $133K-$138K
