Work/Life Balance

Therapy Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday (no travel or weekends)

Flexible Schedule: 4 work-from-home days per month

Time Off: starting at 25 paid days off (15 days of PTO and 10 paid holidays)

Parental Leave: 6 weeks paid, options to cover the rest (birth/adoption)

Bonus the Way You Want To!

• Increase billable hours - Up to 30-31 hours per week (25 required), each additional hour adds incremental compensation, up to an additional $18,900 per year.
• Expand your caseload - Level 2 and 3 BCBAs can carry up to 8 clients, each client above 6 adds an additional $6,000 per year.
• Serve as a mentor - Level 2 and Level 3 BCBAs can mentor Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs, up to an additional $6,000 per year.
