Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation
• Ensure compliance with all licensing guidelines, company standards, and Head Start program requirements
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success
• Plan, assess, and instruct based on the needs of each child and program requirements

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or CDA in Infant/Toddler
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
• At least 18 years of age
