We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting text includes: - Intro: "It's a great feeling to work for a company that does so much good for others around the world!" (maybe part of About the role? Could be a brief description.) - Education~ Required - High School Diploma or GED. - Certifications~ Required - Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is required. The employee will obtain an Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate within 6 months of employment. If there are mixed classrooms (EHS and HS) both CDAs are required. The most prevalent age group will need to be obtained first and then an additional 6 months will be granted for the second CDA. If the CDA is not completed successfully on the first attempt, an employee may choose to retake the course at the employee's expense within 60 days of the unsuccessful completion of the course. If the employee does not seek a second attempt for successful completion of the certificate, the employee will be separated from employment. - Minimum Qualifications~ Required - Previous early childcare experience is preferred - Preferred Qualifications~ Bilingual (Spanish) - Critical Action Items~ (list of many items) - Other Responsibilities~ (list) - Measurable Deliverables~ (list) - Requirements~ (list) - Also mention: "INK, is committed to following immunization recommendations produced by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC). As such, our company policy requires that all employees must receive a COVID vaccination and an annual Influenza vaccination or obtain an approved exemption from INK, as a medical or religious accommodation. This is a condition of employment, and all new hires will be responsible for providing proof." - Also: "English (United States)" maybe language. - Then: "If you like to work with people that believe they can make a difference in the world, this is the company for you!" (maybe part of About the role.) - EEO Statement (boilerplate) to be removed. - "Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time." (maybe part of Requirements? but it's about work authorization; could be included in Requirements.) - "Level" at end maybe leftover. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, cookie/navigation, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (maybe combine Critical Action Items, Other Responsibilities, Measurable Deliverables?), Requirements (education, certifications, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, immunization requirement, work authorization?), Skills (maybe bilingual?), Benefits (none given), Pay (none), Schedule (none). So we will include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills (maybe bilingual), maybe Qualifications? But we have Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications; could put under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include based on content. We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities: we have Critical Action Items, Other Responsibilities, Measurable Deliverables. Could combine into Responsibilities. Requirements: Education, Certifications, Minimum Qualifications (previous early childcare experience preferred), Preferred Qualifications (Bilingual Spanish), Immunization requirement, Work authorization (must be authorized to work in US, no sponsorship). Also maybe "Demonstrate the ability to respond sensitively..." etc from Requirements section. Skills: maybe "Communicate in writing and verbally in English and Spanish (preferred)" and "Demonstrated ability to maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times." etc. Could be under Skills. Qualifications: maybe we could treat Minimum and Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications section. But we already have Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could put Education, Certifications under Requirements, and Minimum/Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see. We have: - Education~ Required - High School Diploma or GED. - Certifications~ Required - Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is required. ... (details) - Minimum Qualifications~ Required - Previous early childcare experience is preferred - Preferred Qualifications~ Bilingual (Spanish) - Requirements~ (list of abilities) - Immunization requirement (COVID, flu) - Work authorization statement. We could structure:

About the role

It's a great feeling to work for a company that does so much good for others around the world! If you like to work with people that believe they can make a difference in the world, this is the company for you!

Responsibilities

  • Protect the physical and mental health and safety of our children and no child is left alone or unsupervised while under our care. (HSPPS1302.90)
  • Assist with providing an organized learning environment that promotes healthy development and children’s skill growth aligned with the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework~ Ages Birth to Five, including children with disabilities and dual language learners as appropriate. (HSPPS1302.31)
  • Assist with the implementation of prescribed curricula to provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences in language, literacy, social and emotional development, math, science, social studies, creative arts, and physical development, and integrate child assessment data in individual and group planning. (HSPPS1302.31, 1302.32)
  • Support screenings, assessments, and ongoing evaluation of the child’s developmental level and progress in outcomes. (HSPPS1302.33)
  • Support opportunities for parents and family members to engage in their child’s development and in program services, including but not limited to parent conferences, home visits, and group activities. (HSPPS1302.34)
  • Follow appropriate practices to keep children safe during all activities, including reporting at a minimum suspected or known child abuse and neglect, appropriate supervision of children at all times; and all standards of conduct. (HSPPS1302.47,1302.90)
  • Comply with positive adult-child interactions as measured by the CLASS~ Pre-K instrument. (HSPPS1304.16)
  • Support and participate in staff development, including completion of minimum training requirements as specified in state and federal standards (HSPPS1302.91,1302.92), continuing professional development, and staff wellness initiatives.
  • Support classroom activities as directed by the teacher and assist with transitions to and from the classroom.
  • Support the use of age-appropriate equipment, materials, supplies and physical space for indoor and outdoor learning environments, including functional space, and change materials periodically to support children’s evolving interests and development.
  • Communicate child observations to teachers, including the identification of potential interference with a child’s development and school readiness.
  • Support teachers’ coordination with education, family, mental health and/or child development professional program staff to address identified needs.
  • Support school functions scheduled meetings and team decision and operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of child and program operations.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
  • Measurable Deliverables: Response to classroom requests for support is timely and is compliant with Office of Head Start and agency regulations, policies, and protocols.
  • Regular communication with teachers ensures they are well informed about their students’ behavior, and progress.
  • The classroom is free from physical and environmental hazards.
  • Incident reporting occurs within the timeframes designated in program policy and protocol.
But note: The Measurable Deliverables lines are separate; we could keep them as list items. Now Requirements section: We need to include Education, Certifications, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Requirements list (abilities), Immunization requirement, Work authorization. We could break into sub-sections? But only headings allowed are those listed; we cannot add custom headings. So we need to put all under Requirements heading as a list. Thus:

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Certification: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required; employee must obtain CDA Certificate within 6 months of employment. For mixed classrooms (EHS and HS) both CDAs are required; the most prevalent age group CDA must be obtained first, with an additional 6 months granted for the second CDA. If the CDA is not completed successfully on the first attempt, employee may retake the course at their own expense within 60 days of unsuccessful completion. Failure to seek a second attempt results in separation from employment.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Previous early childcare experience preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish).
  • Demonstrate the ability to respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio‑economic characteristics.
  • Communicate in writing and verbally in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Innovative Network of Knowledge policies and procedures.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize duties and responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • INK requires all employees to receive a COVID vaccination and an annual Influenza vaccination or obtain an approved medical or religious exemption; proof of vaccination or exemption is a condition of employment.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship of employment visas is not available.
Now Skills section: maybe we could pull out specific skills like communication, bilingual, emotional control, etc. But we already included those in Requirements. Could still have Skills section for things like "Ability to organize and prioritize duties", "Demonstrated ability to maintain emotional control", "Communicate in English and Spanish". But to avoid duplication, we could keep Skills separate and not duplicate. However instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we split, we need to ensure we don't lose any info. Duplication is okay? It says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. It doesn't forbid duplication of content across sections, but better to avoid redundancy. However we could keep Skills separate for items like "Ability to organize and prioritize duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment." and "Demonstrated ability to maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times." and "Communicate in writing and verbally in English and Spanish (preferred)". But those are already in Requirements list. Might be okay to duplicate but better to avoid. We could decide to not include Skills section if its content is covered elsewhere. But we need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. We have specific skill-related content; we could put them under Skills. But then we would need to remove them from Requirements to avoid duplication. However the Requirements section also includes other items like education, certifications, etc. We could split: Requirements for mandatory credentials, education, immunization, work authorization; Skills for abilities. That seems reasonable. Thus:

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Certification: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required; employee must obtain CDA Certificate within 6 months of employment. For
