About the Role
We are seeking dedicated educators to fill various teaching and administrative positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles are critical in shaping the educational experiences of students and supporting the mission of our partner organizations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and school-wide initiatives.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by school leadership (e.g., committee work, extracurricular supervision).
Requirements
- Valid Michigan teaching certification or eligibility for certification (e.g., through alternative certification programs).
- Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field (Master’s degree preferred for some roles).
- Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a public school setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
