Responsibilities

  • Aid in hands-on activities to meet children’s needs and interests.
  • Maintain open communication with parents about their child’s daily progress.
  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following established procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Completion of 12 ECE units is preferred, including Child Development, Child Family Community, and 2 curriculum courses.
  • Experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
  • A CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or a related field is preferred.

Pay Range

The hourly rate for this position is between $20.40 - $31.45. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
