Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to students with special needs in a preschool setting. Duties include assisting with daily activities, implementing lesson plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies
- Experience with adaptive equipment and technology
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
