Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conducts research and data analysis on early childhood education programs.
• Designs and delivers professional development and training programs for educators.
• Evaluates and improves early childhood education programs based on research findings.
• Collaborates with educators, administrators, policymakers, and community partners to enhance educational outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations related to early childhood education.

Knowledge and Skills

• Extensive knowledge of early childhood education principles, practices, and curriculum development.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and delivering professional development and training programs.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to early childhood education.
• Certification in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in early childhood education.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Educational Leadership, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in early childhood education, including at least 1 year in a specialist or expert role.
• Certification in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
