Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducts research and data analysis on early childhood education programs.
- Designs and delivers professional development and training programs for educators.
- Evaluates and improves early childhood education programs based on research findings.
- Collaborates with educators, administrators, policymakers, and community partners to enhance educational outcomes.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations related to early childhood education.
Knowledge and Skills
- Extensive knowledge of early childhood education principles, practices, and curriculum development.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience in designing and delivering professional development and training programs.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to early childhood education.
- Certification in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in early childhood education.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Educational Leadership, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in early childhood education, including at least 1 year in a specialist or expert role.
- Certification in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
