Supporting a Team-Oriented Environment

• Collaborate with Teachers and the Director to implement a quality educational program
• Encourage participation from the children during daily activities
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of classroom materials
• Build effective relationships with parents through regular discussions and progress reports
• Model self-help and good hygiene practices to promote a positive environment
• Facilitate a smooth transition from home to the child care center
• Adhere to all center policies and state regulations
• Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement

Requirements

• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• An understanding of child development
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills
• Ability to work well with others
• High energy
