Early Childhood Fitness Teacher/Kids Gym Instructor

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the center, including staff training and effective communication with parents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
• Develop and implement strategies to boost enrollment and retain current families
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with young children in an organized setting
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team player
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff, parents, and guests
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while fulfilling job responsibilities
• Background in fitness (gymnastics, dance, kinesiology, team sports, cheer, martial arts, or related field)
