Children's Fitness Instructor

About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. This position offers a unique blend of fun and responsibility, with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided)
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience, treating members like family
• Keep the gym and lobby area clean and disinfected at all times
• Host parties for kids while their parents enjoy adult time
• Engage with kids and their parents, fostering positive relationships
• Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children
• Encourage kids to become more confident and develop skills through movement-based learning and imaginative play
• Move around all day, engaging in various activities
• Build long-lasting relationships with kids and their families

Qualifications

• Open to being a goofball and love celebrating kid's success
• A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is helpful
• Loved by both kids and their parents
• Voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates
• Enjoy having fun but can also buckle down and do work
• Help kids become more confident and develop skills through classes and activities

Schedule

Hours vary depending on location, but typically range from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate parties and other events.

Pay
