Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and ensure they have a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Lead positively and make a difference in the growth and development of children and families in the community.
• Be ready to have fun and be a goofball, while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children and families.
• Engage with children and parents to create memorable experiences.
• Move around all day, engaging in various activities.

Requirements

• A background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• Experience in leading and teaching classes and birthday parties.
• Ability to interact effectively with children and families.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to different situations.
