Children's Fitness Instructor
About the role
The Little Gym is the world's premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years, using movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. We're looking for an energetic, kid-loving individual to join our team as a Children's Fitness Instructor.
Responsibilities
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how)
- Lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends
- Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family
- Be ready to LEAD and make a positive impact on the growth and development of children and families in our community
Qualifications
- Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful
- Open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's
- Live to serve—making others feel good makes you feel good
- Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too
- Known for being in a good mood
- Love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work
