The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of fun and responsibility, with opportunities for professional growth and community impact.
Responsibilities
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
- Host parties and engage with members and their families.
- Build positive relationships with children and their parents.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout the day.
- Engage in various activities that promote physical and emotional development of children.
Requirements
- You're open to being a goofball and love giving high 5's.
- You live to serve and make others feel good.
- You enjoy working with children and have a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics.
- You can adapt to different teaching styles and environments.
- You're passionate about early childhood education and development.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- A strong desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
