Early Childhood Family Service Coordinator - bilingual and non-bilingual positions open

About the role

Alta Mira is a non-profit organization founded in 1985. We serve all age groups, supporting over 800 children annually in our Early Intervention Program and 1500 adults through our Family Support Services. Responsibilities

• Contact family within three business days of referral and complete orientation.
• Complete initial CME and draft ECO, ensuring clarity and correctness.
• Coordinate and facilitate ongoing assessments, develop and finalize IFSPs, and ensure services align with the IFSP.
• Develop and finalize IFSPs annually, prepare assessment reports, and facilitate transition conferences.
• Complete discharge processes, including exit ECOS, and make referrals to appropriate agencies.
• Support interdisciplinary teamwork and consult with other disciplines as needed.
• Follow program procedures for billing, documentation, and other paperwork.
• Attend meetings and complete required training.
• Complete reflective supervision and quality assurance procedures.

• A degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, special education, Early Childhood education, or related field.
• Prior experience in Early Intervention preferred.

Benefits

• $1000 Sign-on bonus
• Paid Time Off – 150 to 304 hours per year
