Early Childhood Educator

About the role

Lorikeet Early Learning Centre is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Diploma or Cert III) to join their team. The position is permanent full-time, located at St George Hospital, Kogarah.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent (ACECQA approved)
• Experience working in an approved ECEC service with children 0-5 years
• Demonstrated experience in supporting curriculum development and documenting children's learning and development
• Sound, practical working knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Commitment to providing a child-safe environment
• Appropriate written and oral communication skills

Qualifications

• HLTAID012 (Provide first aid in an education and care setting) (ACECQA approved)

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families

Pay

$61,407.92 - $69,503.42 per annum plus superannuation

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8.5 hour shifts (shifts start between 6.30 and 9.45am)
