Early Childhood Educator
What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2 to 8
- Create a positive, encouraging environment focused on confidence, teamwork, and fun
- Communicate professionally with families while representing Soccer Shots core values
- Travel to various program sites throughout Philadelphia as needed

About the role
Soccer Shots is the premier children’s soccer program for ages 2 to 8. Through our proven approach focused on Coaching, Curriculum, and Communication, we teach far more than soccer — we build confidence, character, and life skills. We serve more than 10,000 families across Philadelphia, Camden County, and Lower Bucks County at over 100 local program sites.
Requirements
- Energetic and reliable individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children
- Strong communicators who are confident leading small groups
- Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
- Willingness to travel throughout Philadelphia to multiple program sites
- Experience working with children such as babysitting, camps, tutoring, or teaching is a plus, but not required
