About the role
New, state-of-the-art Early Education Center opening this summer seeks dedicated Infant/Toddler Teachers.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Support infants and toddlers in all areas of development
- Maintain strong communication with families and team members
- Monitor progress and conduct developmental screenings
- Ensure full compliance with EEC regulations and NAEYC standards
Requirements
- Education and experience meeting Massachusetts EEC credentialing standards
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Minimum of 9 months of experience in an early education setting
- Passion for early learning and child development
- Experience in NAEYC-accredited programs is a plus
- Must pass all required background checks
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
