Program Description
This is an advanced, comprehensive, child development-based program that shows students how to become competent in childcare rules and regulations, learning environments, principles of child development, trends and issues in early childhood education, and classroom management techniques. Students must be employed in the Childcare Industry. Upon completion, students will earn their DCF Staff Credential.
Admission Process
Potential students must be employed full-time at a participating employer. Employers will select qualified candidates and notify MTC of recommended students for enrollment into the program.

- Start Time: Monday and Thursday evenings, 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
