Early Childhood Director

Ready to lead a school, develop a strong team, and make an impact? We’re looking for an experienced Center Director to lead one of our licensed early childhood education programs. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands both sides of running a successful school — creating an exceptional experience for children and families while driving strong operations, enrollment, compliance, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily school operations, staffing, enrollment, and family experience
• Coach, develop, and support a strong teaching team
• Maintain licensing, safety, and quality standards
• Build a positive culture focused on accountability and engagement
• Partner with leadership to drive overall school performance

Requirements

• Leadership experience within a licensed childcare or early childhood education setting
• Strong understanding of licensing and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams
• Strong operational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Must meet Missouri state education and licensing requirements

Pay

Base pay starts at $55,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on education and relevant years of leadership/management experience within a licensed childcare setting.
