Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and enrollment
• Ensure compliance with Colorado licensing and quality standards
• Develop and coach teaching staff
• Maintain safe, high-quality classroom environments

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in licensed childcare
• Knowledge of Colorado licensing and quality expectations
• Strong team leadership and operational skills
• Experience managing school performance
• Must meet CO Director qualifications - Level 4 Required Required

Pay and Benefits

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience.
• Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
• Salary Range: $65,000/per year. Based on education and experience in a director role

All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
