Tutor Time is looking for a seasoned Child Care Center Director in Phoenix who can step into an established school and lead with confidence. We’re looking for an experienced early childhood leader who knows how to create accountability, develop staff, build a positive culture, and manage the full operation of a childcare center. What You’ll DoLead daily school operations, staffing, enrollment, and performanceCoach, develop, and hold staff accountableBuild a positive, consistent, and engaged school cultureMaintain Arizona childcare licensing complianceUse school performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvementBuild strong relationships with children, families, and staffSupport enrollment, retention, and school growth What We’re Looking For2+ years of management experience in a licensed childcare centerPrevious Center Director, Preschool Director, or comparable childcare leadership experienceStrong experience with staff management, coaching, and performance accountabilityKnowledge of Arizona childcare licensing and early childhood educationAbility to independently manage school operations and competing prioritiesStrong communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsMust meet Arizona Center Director education and experience requirements If you’re an experienced childcare leader who knows how to build strong teams and move a school forward, we’d love to connect.
