Early Childhood Case Manager - Contract (3382)

This is a Contract/PRN position that provides services on an as-needed basis. Hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate based on program needs. This position is not a regular full-time or part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, linkage, and advocacy services to individuals from birth to age three with a developmental delay, atypical development, or diagnosed disabling condition recognized by the Part C Early Intervention system.
• Act as primary facilitator in the coordination and integration of services for assigned caseload.
• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Complete required documentation.
• Comply with all regulations applicable to program services.
• Apply generally prescribed standard practices over a wide range of procedures with some latitude for decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Human Services-related field, or any discipline or profession listed under Part C Personnel Standards OR Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Virginia.
• Within two months of employment, must complete Early Intervention Training Modules, apply for, and obtain Early Intervention Case Manager certification.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.

Pay

Hourly rate range: $21.55 - $37.31

5% increase for Early Intervention Professional.
