Key Responsibilities
- Support classroom activities and daily routines
- Aid in supervision, transitions, meals, and outdoor play
- Prepare classroom materials and learning environments
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Support children’s social-emotional development
- Collaborate with teaching teams and leadership staff
- Maintain health and safety standards
Qualifications
- We Welcome Candidates With a Variety Of Experiences, Including:
- Childcare experience
- Camp counseling
- Babysitting or nannying
- Afterschool care or youth programming
- Early childhood coursework
- Preferred Qualities:

- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Candidates Must Either Hold Florida DCF 45-Hour Training Certification OR Be Willing to Complete the DCF 45-hour Training Within 6 Months of Hire
