Founded in 1941, Kimberton is the second oldest Waldorf school in North America. Just 25 miles from Philadelphia, our campus is situated on over 400 acres of beautiful biodynamic farmland, and we offer a full Waldorf curriculum from preschool through 12th grade. Essential Job Duties

• be a model of maturity for young people

• be organized and prepared every day to be fully present
• develop healthy relationships with all students, parents, and staff

Qualifications

• have a personal connection to and appreciation for Waldorf education
• expect their understanding of Waldorf education to continue to develop over time
• prefer formal teacher training but not required
