We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Brightway Living & Learning:" which is about the organization, not role. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content: "About Brightway Living & Learning:" (organization description). Could map to "About the role"? Not exactly. Could use "About the organization" but not in list. The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely we should stick to those headings where applicable. We have responsibilities (What You'll Do). We have requirements/qualifications (What You Bring To Brightway, What You Must Be Able To Do). We have benefits (Why You'll Love This Job, Here’s How We Support You). We have Pay (Hourly $17.00 - $20.40/hour). We have Schedule (Various shifts available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 3:30 pm). Also we have "About Brightway Living & Learning:" could be a section maybe "About the organization" but not in list; maybe we can include as a

without heading? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Probably we should include an "About the organization" as a

without heading? But they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role...). Could interpret that we should use those exact headings when applicable. For organization description, maybe we can put under "About the role"? Not accurate. Could omit heading and just put as

. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to include a heading "About Brightway Living & Learning" as

though not in list but still a heading. However they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). That implies we should use those examples; but we could still use other headings as long as they are

. I'd include "About Brightway Living & Learning" as

. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove application instructions like "Click here to watch our video". Also remove "If You Are Empathic..." etc? That's part of "Why You'll Love This Job"? Actually that's a call to action; we can keep as part of benefits or maybe as a

but not heading. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, application instructions. So we should cut the EEO paragraph and the "If You Are Empathic..." and the video link and "When you join our team..." etc. Also remove "Here’s How We Support You" maybe keep as benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep: - Pay: Hourly $17.00 - $20.40/hour - Schedule: Various shifts available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 3:30 pm - About Brightway Living & Learning description. - The Role description (brief). - What You'll Do list. - What You Bring To Brightway: High School Diploma required, Minimum 6 college credits, Must possess NYS Level I Teaching Assistant certification within 6 months from entering this position. - What You Must Be Able To Do list (physical requirements). - Why You'll Love This Job list (Build Meaningful Relationships, Learn and Grow, Be Part of a Supportive Team, Experience Job Satisfaction). - Here’s How We Support You list (Comprehensive Paid Training, Exceptional Benefits including..., Retirement Security, Invest in Your Future, Career Growth). - Also maybe "If You Are Empathic..." is more like personal traits; could be considered Skills? Could be placed under Skills or Qualities. But we can incorporate into a "Skills" section: Empathic, compassionate, patient, Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, Good communicator and team player, Passionate about making a difference. That seems substantive. We'll keep as Skills. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Structure:

About Brightway Living & Learning

...

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Aide Instructor, you will play a vital role...

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain classroom materials and supplies
  • ... etc

Requirements

High School Diploma required

Minimum 6 college credits

Must possess NYS Level I Teaching Assistant certification within 6 months from entering this position

Maybe combine into
    but it's okay.

    Physical Requirements

maybe use "What You Must Be Able To Do". Could be under Requirements or a separate section. Use

    Requirements? Already used. Could use

    Physical Abilities

but not in list. Better to use

    Requirements

    for certs and education, and

    Physical Requirements

for the abilities. But instruction says use those headings as examples; we can add others. I'll use

    Physical Requirements

    .

    Skills

    • Empathic, compassionate, and patient
    • ... etc

    Benefits

    • Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong connections with individuals and their families.
    • ... etc
plus the support list. But we have two benefit-like lists: "Why You'll Love This Job" and "Here’s How We Support You". Could combine under Benefits or separate: maybe

    Why You'll Love This Job

    and

    How We Support You

. Those are not in the examples but okay. We need to avoid filler. All content is specific. Pay and Schedule sections:

    Pay

    Hourly $17.00 - $20.40/hour

    Schedule

Various shifts available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 3:30 pm

Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO paragraph, video link, "If You Are Empathic..." we kept as Skills. Also removed "When you join our team, you become part of the Brightway Family!" and "Click here to watch our video". Also removed "At Brightway, we believe that with the right support, progress is always possible." That's boilerplate? It's a mission statement; could be considered substantive? It's a bit generic but maybe keep? It's not specific to role. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also remove "Discover more about our mission and our "All Ways Forward" approach at brightwayny.org." That's a link; could be considered navigation? It's a reference; maybe keep as part of About? It's a link to website; could be considered navigation. I'd remove that sentence. Now construct HTML. Let's write:
