Early Childhood 3-year-old Lead Teacher

About the role

This Early Childhood 3-year-old Lead Teacher opportunity at Tabernacle of Praise Early Learning Center serves Preschool (3–5) and requires completed early childhood education college credits. Based in Mcdonough, GA, candidates bring experience in early childhood education and development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Support positive behavior and social-emotional development
• Supervise children at all times, indoors and outdoors
• Communicate daily with families about classroom events and child progress
• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Experience working with preschool-age children
• CDA, TCC or Early Childhood Degree
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, patience, and classroom-management skills
• High energy
• Able to work well with others
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening
